Successfully structured and managed a €280,000 investment project under the NSRF "Green Transformation of SMEs" framework for the establishment of modern office facilities dedicated to environmental informatics services. The project encompassed the installation of renewable energy sources (RES), the acquisition of electric vehicles (EVs), the creation of high-standard workspace environments, the production of promotional and branding material, and the creation of sustainable new jobs.

Advised and managed a €100,000 capital modernization project for the comprehensive upgrade of the company's corporate headquarters, implemented under the EU NSRF Just Transition Program with a 70% co-funding grant.
